Why the ANCHOR Method™ Starts with Readiness
When the body perceives threat — from chronic stress, inflammation, infection, toxins, trauma, or environmental exposures — it may enter a protective state known as the Cell Danger Response (CDR).
While this response is protective in the short term, problems arise when the body is unable to fully exit this state.
In this state:
- Energy production becomes inefficient
- Signaling between systems is disrupted

- The nervous and immune systems remain on high alert
- The body prioritizes survival over repair
