Work Together

How We Work Together

When we work together, I take a different approach to the patient-provider relationship—one grounded in partnership, accountability, and trust. I focus on addressing the root cause of symptoms rather than managing them in isolation. I work with individuals who value their health, are open to change, and are committed to meaningful, long-term progress.

Are You Struggling?

Are you tired of dealing with symptoms that seem to be getting worse over time?  Have you tried several therapies, diets and continually search for the answers to your health issues?  You are not alone!

Improving the body’s internal environment can change the course of your health and that is why Dr. White’s focus is on immune support through:  Endocrine Balance, Gut Health + Detox, Energy + Cellular Health and MTHFR + Methylation.

Working back we can trace our root causes to:

Poor Nutrition, Toxins + Stress

WELLNESS APPROACH

Care—Sequenced

When symptoms are persistent or layered, progress depends not only on what we address—but when and in what order.

Rather than applying every lifestyle or therapeutic strategy at once, care is introduced based on physiologic readiness and regulatory capacity.

The ANCHOR Method™ is the clinical sequencing framework I use within my WholeHealth Wellness approach to guide this process.

The 6 WholeHealth Foundations Approach

What makes this approach

So Effective?

When we work together, I integrate six foundational pillars into your personalized wellness plan to support both physical and mental health.

Through the ANCHOR Method™, these pillars are introduced according to physiologic readiness—ensuring each layer of care is applied when the body is prepared to respond.

Personalizing nutritional requirements with nutrient-dense whole foods—prioritizing organic, seasonal, wild, pastured, and locally grown sources—provides the nutrients needed to support the body’s biochemistry.

Establishing homeostasis within the body begins with foundational support for digestion and gut health, balanced blood sugar metabolism, fatty acid balance, supportive minerals, adequate hydration, restorative sleep, and maintaining proper musculoskeletal alignment through naprapathic care.

Cellular function and detoxification capacity depend on how effectively the liver’s detox pathways are supported. Environmental factors—including personal care and home cleaning products, air and water quality, and daily exposure to natural light and nature—can either support efficient detoxification or place additional burden on the system.

Intentional movement supports circulation, lymphatic flow, mitochondrial function, and musculoskeletal integrity. When appropriately matched to the body’s capacity, exercise improves insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular and neurological health, and efficient oxygen and nutrient delivery to tissues. Balanced with adequate recovery, movement strengthens resilience, supports energy regulation, and promotes long-term vitality.

Supportive social connections play a meaningful role in mental, emotional, and physiological health by influencing nervous system regulation, stress physiology, and immune resilience. A sense of connection—to oneself and to others—supports healthy neurotransmitter balance, reduces perceived threat, and promotes the internal conditions necessary for regulation, repair, and overall WholeHealth.

Emotional health and meaningful relationships influence nervous system balance, stress physiology, sleep quality, and hormonal signaling. Practices that support emotional regulation—such as restorative sleep, stress reduction, and purpose-driven living—help lower chronic activation and create the internal conditions needed for resilience, energy, and sustained well-being over time.

WholeHealth Wellness Method Process

What to Expect

NEW PATIENT CONSULTATIONS
Care begins with a structured series of initial appointments designed to take a comprehensive, root-cause–focused look at your health. This includes a review of your health history, lifestyle, nutrition, environmental influences, and relevant functional lab testing.Based on this evaluation, Dr. White develops a personalized wellness plan with clear, actionable recommendations, delivered following completion of the initial consultation series.
Plan Implementation + Follow-Up
Follow-up consultations support progress after your personalized wellness plan is established. These visits focus on reviewing your response to care, refining recommendations, and evaluating new or repeat lab results when clinically appropriate. This phase of care ensures your plan is refined based on your response and evolving clinical findings.
Ongoing Wellness Support
For patients who are doing well on their personalized wellness plan and wish to remain proactive, ongoing wellness support offers structured, longevity-focused check-ins throughout the year. These visits emphasize accountability, prevention, and thoughtful fine-tuning—supporting long-term vitality, resilience, and healthspan as goals evolve.
